Winners of the sweepstakes will be posted once within thirty (30) days after the winner is determined, and will remain posted for at least thirty (30) days thereafter.

To enter, access www.E-fliteRC.com/register/ and complete the online product registration form to submit your entry. All entrants are limited to one (1) entry during the sweepstakes period. All entries must be received between April 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009

No purchase is necessary to enter. Free entry is available by posting a hard copy entry to the attention of: E-Flite Marketing, Horizon Hobby, 4105 Fieldstone Road, Champaign, IL 61822 USA. Hard coy entries should include Name, Address, Date of Birth (age verification), email, and phone number. Horizon Hobby is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or misrouted entries. Use of automated devices is prohibited.

ELIGABILITY

Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter as of April 1, 2009. Employees of Horizon Hobby or its affiliated companies, members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Horizon Hobby and/or its agents. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner of the sweepstakes each month for a total of nine (9) winners. Each monthly winner of the sweepstakes will receive $200.00 (selling price) of E-flite Product, where the winner may select a total prize package of $200.00 (selling price) based on their preferences/needs. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to fulfill this prize offer with a product of equal or higher value. There is no cash alternative for the prize drawing. The prizes are non-transferable.

DRAWING/PRIZE WINNER SELECTION

The will be one (1) winner per month for a total of 9 winners. The one (1) prize winner per month will be determined by random drawing from valid entries received from eligible participants. The drawing will be conducted by Horizon Hobby using a method within its sole discretion. Each monthly drawing will be conducted on the last business day of the month. The winner will be notified by email or mail or phone within thirty (30) days after the drawing. The potential winner will be required to complete and return an eligibility form and liability release, which must be received by Horizon Hobby within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as before.

If a notification letter or e-mail is returned or is deemed by Horizon Hobby (in its sole discretion) to be undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with the eligibility requirements, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be identified as a potential winner and so notified in the same manner as before. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account listed in the entry form is registered. The decisions of Horizon Hobby will be final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The first name, last initial and state of residence of the winner of the Sweepstakes will be posted on E-flite's website, www.E-fliteRC.com/register/ within thirty (30) days after the winner is determined, and will remain posted for at least thirty (30) days thereafter.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Horizon Hobby and its agents are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or misrouted entries. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to deny and/or disregard any entry request deemed to be false or fraudulent. Product must be mailed to a shippable address within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands; post office boxes will not be accepted. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may not be combined with any other Horizon Hobby or E-flite promotion. Horizon Hobby is not responsible for printing errors. Horizon Hobby may use the information collected in accordance with its privacy policy. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to fulfill this prize offer with a product of equal or higher value. Horizon Hobby reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, modify the offer, or end the offer at any time without notice. Liability for any applicable taxes and any other expenses not specifically provided for by Horizon Hobby in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
