Easy Pay Terms & Program Overview

Easy Pay payments are intended to reduce your initial purchase price by splitting a portion of the total order cost into one or two additional installments (the number of installments depends on the total order price and your available Easy Pay credit limit). Rather than spending the full order amount at the time of purchase, Easy Pay allows you to defer a portion of the purchase price over one or two easy payments.

Qualifications:

To qualify for Easy Pay, you must have a registered account with us and be in good standing. If you do not have an account, register as a new customer here. Easy Pay payments will only be available on in-stock merchandise with an order total of $100 or more (before tax & shipping). Easy Pay is not available on backorder or preorder items. Orders made using the Easy Pay service can only be completed when using a valid credit card. PayPal or other payment options are ineligible for Easy Pay at this time. Easy Pay is currently only available in the United States of America..

Payment & Schedules:

Orders placed between $100.00 and $299.99 with available Easy Pay credit will receive an offer to split their order into one additional Easy Pay installment. Taxes and shipping charges for the entire order will always be applied to the initial payment due at the time of purchase. Easy Pay installments are calculated based on your available Easy Pay credit limit. Your first payment at time of purchase before tax and shipping will never be below the easy pay credit installment payments.

The first Easy Pay installment due date will default to 30 days after the initial payment. The second Easy Pay installment due date (if applicable) will default to 60 days after the initial payment. There is no penalty for paying an installment early, but a surcharge of $15 will be applied if you elect to push out an installment due date (up to a maximum of 14 days). Surcharge penalties are only applied after the initial due date passes, so if you request to push out payment and then end up paying the installment before or on the original due date, no penalty will be applied.

Credit availability:

The Easy Pay credit limit is $100. If you have less than $50 in Easy Pay credit available, you will no longer receive Easy Pay payment offers until you pay down your outstanding credit. You can view your remaining credit limit by visiting the Easy Pay dashboard under My Account. Easy Pay financing is provided at Horizon’s sole discretion.

Notifications/Late Payments:

Customers will be notified via email in the event of the following:

• An upcoming payment is due
• Payment is declined
• A payment is late
• Other account-related issues that require immediate attention

If a payment is late, a $15 surcharge will be applied. If a payment is late by more than 3 days, all outstanding payments will become due immediately. Failure to pay in a timely manner or abuse of any of Horizon’s services may result in account suspension or termination at Horizon’s sole discretion.
